| Easy 14-Day Return Policy If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Midwest Battery, LLC within 14 days of the date of purchase, subject to the conditions and exclusions listed below. How to Start a Return You may initiate a return or exchange online, by email: info@midwestbatteries.com Steps For Returning Item  1) Get An RMA #Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by logging into your account, find the Order, and click the “Return” link. Or contact us by phone or Live Chat.  2) Pack Your Item Properly Place your item(s) and your RMA printout into the original shipping box, or a suitable box/package that can protect the returned items well. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged.  3) Ship Your Item Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all packing material, manuals and accessories. MWB can only refund the original purchase price. NOTE: Refunds for items that were shipped via “Free Shipping” or through use of Coupon Codes are subject to retroactive shipping fees upon their return. A return may be denied if the warranty has been voided in any of the following ways: Physical damage has been inflicted on the product. Any permanent or prevalent marks or scuffs are present. Damage from improper storage, abuse, or user error. Any alterations or modifications to the product. Removal of identification labels such as, but not limited to, the original label, patent, serial number, or trade dress. Usage of product contrary to its stated instructions. Non-Returnable Items: Non-rechargeable (disposable) batteries such as: Alkaline, Lithium Primary Batteries, or Button Cell Batteries are non-returnable. Any MWB Products that have been opened or used in a device. AT / ASSEMBLY ITEMS (Custom Built-to-Order Packs) Our normal return/refund policy does not apply for AT/Assembly Items. All items marked “AT” or “Assembly Items” are built to order, and have a lead time of 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping does not affect the lead time. Any cancellation or return request for made-to-order items will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Most of the fee is for the labor/costs to create the custom (built-to-order) battery pack. We still offer a 1 year warranty on custom battery packs; any returns due to a defect will be heavily evaluating to make sure the battery pack, and not the customer’s devices, are performing within the specs noted on our listings. Returns for Full Refunds: Midwest Battery, LLC does not offer full refunds on MWB products that have been opened or used in a device up to 14 days from the date of purchase. |
